Production Blog: CCR planning

 The time has come! I have successfully completed the filming and editing. Such relief I must say. Now comes the time where I must plan my reflection. From what I understand it has to be a video. I wish to do a self-interview. I will more than likely break the video up by the question. This will mean I will have multiple videos. It will likely be a get ready with me type of video. This means I will be getting ready to go as I talk about my project and answer the questions on film. These videos are quite common in the modern-day influencer world. I think it's the best choice because it's the easiest way to answer the questions and still be entertaining. I don't want to sit and stare directly into the camera for 15 minutes. This way at least it will be something to watch. In addition to answering the questions, I plan to detail my thought process. That is if time allows. I can easily use 15 minutes to talk about the making of this film. Especially because I had such a late start. It all worked out in the end. My CCR will be filmed tomorrow and then I can say i am officially done with the final task. One last step is all I need!

 So at this point, I'm 100% sure of my song choice. I know I'm not the only one by Sam Smith is my final decision, no changing it now. As my storyboard shows, I'm not the best artist.  Throughout the filming of my commercial, I ran into a multitude of problems that put me behind schedule. The weather was bad, which I had planned for, but I still wanted to keep the main concept of my commercial. In order to do this, I had to push the filming date back until the weather was more suitable. To begin the filming process, I took the shots I could do from home. The backyard shot, as well as the slow-motion scene showcasing the water, was done first. I shot each scene on my iPhone. The next step, was the beach scene as it was the furthest away so I wanted to get it done. The process was short, as I only did three takes, incorporating a selection of angles for me to chose from. The next scene I shot at was the park. I found a small park next to my house filled with natural light. I felt this was the perfect place to make my shot look like in incorporated nature.  Hello! My name is Madison Riggs. I am an 11th-grade student and I currently attend Fort Lauderdale Highschool. I am 16, turning 17 in November, and that's something I'm quite looking forward to. I participate in the Marching Band as well as Symphonic Winds. I have played the flute since the third grade. I also play piccolo and a bit of piano, and I enjoy using my time making music. I would consider band my number one hobby but along with that, I have 2 dogs I love spending time with.
